WH Guest Guide
In preparation for your visit, we’ve compiled a list of things to note
- Reminder to park your car in the leftmost spot of the driveway, which is reserved for short-term stay guests. (Please pull all the way up to the end of the driveway to the hedges). If a guest visits you, please have them park on the grass near the patio.
- There is a smart lock on the entrance to your unit in your screened patio - you can enter the provided 4-digit code followed by the unlock button to gain access. (You only have to press the lock icon button to lock again) Note: Please do not use the bottom doorknob manual lock
- There is no garbage disposal, but there is a food catch in the kitchenette sink. Please empty the catch into the trash can as needed. There is a tub under the sink for washing dishes.
- Under the kitchenette area and bathroom sinks, there are cleaning supplies, trash bags, hair dryer, first aid kit and fire extinguishers. If you run out of any basic supplies, let us know and we will provide you with refills.
- The wall switches for the bedroom overhead lights and fan are in the northwest corner of the bedroom above the bottom bunk bed. If the pull cords on the overhead light don’t work as expected, check those switches to make sure they are “on.”
- Detailed user guides for the appliances are available in the top right drawer on the main kitchenette counter, but pay special attention to the induction stovetop, which can heat the induction cookware up fairly fast.
- There are spare sheets under the beds and fresh towels on the pantry shelf. If you need fresh linens, let us know. Also, the main sofa can convert into a sofa sleeper for one additional person. Bedding is in the storage cabinet that lifts up on the leftmost part of the couch.
- There is no need to remove linens from beds or empty trash before checking out, but if your indoor trash gets full, there is a black outdoor trash can on the patio where you can place the full trash bags. Replacement bags can be found under sinks or at the bottom of the trash cans. Do not separate recyclable materials - place all waste into the trash.
- The television has accounts for several streaming services. If prompted for a profile, select “Guests”. Please do not log out of the accounts in consideration of the next guests.

- If you have any issues or questions, message us on the smartphone app or call or text the phone number shown on your welcome information you received via email. (My tenant is onsite in the main house and will respond to my requests). If you notice something missing that you think we should have on hand, do let us know. We hope you enjoy your stay!
